Automation of business processes offers gains such as speed, process standardization and process improvement for companies. Robotic process automation (RPA) has been getting attention from companies in Turkey and around the world due to its ease of use and rapid integration. For their RPA transformation, companies pick RPA solutions that fit their priorities and business strategies. However, benefits obtained from RPA often do not meet expectations. Some of the reasons for this gap are using RPA in off-target areas within the company and misrepresentation of the benefits of RPA technology. This study aims to assist companies by discussing a decision support system to select RPA software through an applied framework with the AHP method. In this study, an application of the framework is done with the 4 most popular RPA software, and the results obtained with AHP are discussed.
