Öz

Segmental lentiginous is a rare dermatosis placed segmentally on one half of the body and characterized by many lentigo macules which are a few mm in diameter, on the skin of normal appearance. Although often limited to the skin, a small number of cases with ocular involvement or neurological abnormalities have been reported. The main clinical differential diagnosis is with nevus spilus. It differs from nevus spilus with lack of pigmentation on the surface, and with the macular lesions not elevated from the skin. Here, we present a 15-year-old case diagnosed as segmental lentiginous in line with clinical and histopathologic findings We revised the tables presenting with segmental hipermelanosis on the occasion of this case.
