Öz
Bu çalışmada idarenin yeniden yapılanmasında, ekolojik görüşlerin nasıl bir öneme haiz olduğu ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla ekoloji, kentsel ekoloji, toplumsal ekoloji, çevre etiği gibi kavramlar ayrıntılı olarak açıklanarak sivil toplum ve idarenin yapıları ile harmanlanarak ortaya konulmuştur. Keza idarenin yeniden yapılanması konusunda kentsel, toplumsal, çevresel vb. faktörler ele alınmadan yapılacak olan yorumların, görüşlerin ve düşüncelerin eksik kalacağı muhakkaktır. Bu sebeple çalışmamızın çok yönlü olması ve kavramların ayrıntılı olarak ele alınması amaçlanmıştır.

Öz
In this study, the importance of administrative restructuring and how important the opinion of ecology is investigated. For this purpose, the concepts of ecology, urban ecology, social ecology, and ethic of environment are explained in detail and the structures of civil society and administrative put forwarded with reviewing them. It is obvious that the evaluation and opinions on the administrative restructuring without considering the effects of urban, society, environment will be incomplete. For this reason, detail study and concept definitions are aimed.
