Robot Yardımlı Plastik Cerrahi Uygulamaları, Erken Tecrübeler ve Gelecekteki Beklentiler

Öz

Amaç: Plastik cerrahide ‘da Vinci’ robotik cerrahi sistemi son yıllarda kullanıma girmiştir. Robotik teknoloji; daha hızlı cerrahi, el becerilerinin artmış kullanımı ve yüksek çözünürlük gibi avantajlarıyla konvansiyonel cerrahiye göre üstünlükler sağlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Derleme makalemizde plastik cerrahi alanında günümüze kadar uygulanmış robotik cerrahi prosedürlerini ve Türkiye’de ilk defa plastik cerrahi alanınında yapılan robot yardımlı omental fl ep ile bacak yumuşak doku rekonstrüksiyonunu sunmayı amaçladık. Bulgular: Plastik cerrahi alanında robot yardımlı cerrahi; fl ep transferleri ve brakial pleksus onarımında kullanılmış olup son 5 yıl içinde ivme kazanmıştır.Sonuç: Gelecek birkaç yıl içerisinde plastik cerrahi alanında özellikle intraperitonel alandan doku transferi gereken durumlarda robotik cerrahi yönünde ciddi bir artış olacağı gözükmektedir

Robot Assisted Plastic Surgery Applications, Early Experiences and Future Landmarks

Öz

Objective: During the recent years ‘da Vinci’ robotic surgical system have come into use in Plastic Surgery. Robotic technology provides advantages according to conventional surgery cause of faster surgery, increased use of manual skills and high resolution.Material and Methods: In this review article, we reported that robotic surgery applications in plastic surgery until today and the fi rst robot-assisted plastic surgery application of soft tissue reconstruction of the leg with omental fl ap in Turkey.Results: Robot-assisted surgery in plastic surgery; is used in fl ap transfer and brachial plexus repair and has gained momentum in the last 5 years. Conclusion: The next few years, robotic surgery applications are likely to signifi cantly increase in plastic surgery especially in the case of required the tissue transfer from intraperitoneal space
