In this review paper, recently developed molecular techniques used for fungal systematics were reviewed. Also applications of these techniques for fungi from different classes were investigated. By using molecular methods for different parts of fungal genome such as mitochondrial and Mbosomal DNAs were analyzed. These techniques help to improve the fungal systematics dramatically.
