Leptin Direnci ve Obezite

Öz

Leptin direnci ve obezite leptin reseptörlerinde düşme, maximal leptin sinyal kapasitesi ve diyetle indükte obeziteye duyarlılıktaki artış ile belirmektedir. Öz de artan leptinin obeziteye katkısı leptin direncine dayanmaktadır. Leptin direnci daha fazla obezite ile yıkıcı bir döngüye dönüşmektedir.
