مقومات المجتمع الإنساني ارمن من منظور رسائل النور - The Dynamics of a Safe Community from the Risale-i Nur Perspective

The safety/security factor signifies tranquility and peace and is an important measurement for civilizations, as safety and peace are the facilitating factors in a precise and regulated government, and the necessities for a livable world. Rules to ensure prosperity rely on the safety principle. In this respect, safety and peace have become the basis of equal and developed societies. In today’s world, humanity is slowly straying from providing people safe lives within safe communities. There is an intensive focus on safety in the Risale-i Nur. These works establish a foundation for communal safety by focusing on transforming people not into cynical and destructive beings, but into beings that are meant to prosper. In this context, the Risale-i Nur touches on many topics to ensure safety and peace in the Muslim community by advising “They are rather in need of having their working conditions set in order, of security being established among them, and of having the principle of cooperation encouraged. And these needs can be brought about through the sacred commands of religion, and fear of God, and firm adherence to religion.” In that case, safety and peace that comes from working conditions set in order, security being established, and having the principle of cooperation encouraged, is the same safety and peace that the whole of humanity desires. A safe community is a believing community – and this sense of safety only comes from the actualization of Quranic ethics, and the reading and analysis of the holy text in accordance with the universe.


إن العامل الأمني الذي يعني الطمأنينة هو الذي يحدد مقياس الحضارات، إذ هو

إحدى القواعد الأساسية التي يستقيم بها أمر الدول وتصلح به الدنيا، وهو قاعدة مهمة
من قواعد انتظام العمران، فيكون بذلك عماد المجتمع الإنساني السوي والمتقدم.
لذلك يتم تحذير البشرية من الشرود عن المقومات الكفيلة بمنح الإنسان حياة آمنة
متجلية في المجتمع الآمن.
وقد ركزت رسائل النور على مفهوم الأمن، بل كانت عاملا من عوامله فهي قد
هيأت الأمن الاجتماعي للبشرية من خلال تركيزها على ما يجعل الإنسان كائنا صالحا
ومعمرا في الأرض بدل أن يكون فاسدا مخربا، ونجد في الرسائل الأستاذ يطرح
أفكارا لضمان استتباب الأمن في المجتمع الإسلامي؛ حيث يركز على أن تنظيم
مساعي الإنسان وبث الثقة وتسهيل وسائل التعاون فيما بين الفرد وأخيه باتباع الأوامر
المقدسة في الدين والثبات عليها، مع التزام التقوى من الٰلّ وابتغاء مرضاته لهو كاف
لتحقيق نتائج طيبة. حيث إن الأمن الذي يأتي من المساعي المنظمة والثقة المبثوثة في
النفوس والتعاون المستتب بين الأفراد هو نفسه الذي يطلبه سائر البشر. فالمجتمع
الآمن هو المجتمع المؤمن، ولا يمكن أن يتأتى ذلك إلا بتفعيل الأخلاق القرآنية
وقراءتها وتحليلها على ضوء ما جاء في القرآن الكريم من أدلة منهجية ربانية منفتحة
على حقيقة الحياة من خلال اليقينيات الكونية كما يشرحها القرآن الكريم.
