Öz

God Almighty provide Islamic nation throughout its history by a number of

loyal reformers. They have devoted their lives to treat the problems and crises of

Islamic nation to achieve reforms (political, social, economic and educational)

for this nation, in order to promote the nation and achieve development.

One of those reformers who have been mentioned by history was Badeea

Elzaman Said Nursî (may Allah have mercy on him). He was described by Mr.

Adib Ibrahim al-Dabbagh worked on his letters and writings for decades; by

saying: ”We are confronted a man with spirit of faith and heart full of dawn of

certainty. Also he has got the virtue of fluent tongue and beautiful ideas.

This research focuses on an extrapolation of the principles and foundations

of education reform ideas left by the remarkable ”Said Nursî“, through his bright

messages, which is considered mine of faith and reformist ideas, in various

fields.

Especially the fields of education, upbringing and discipline and education as

they are considered the incubators of values and ethics and behavior of good

manners via emphasizing several dimensions.

Including dimension of faith, education, moral, emotional, aesthetic, and

physical, the reform of teacher, and the elimination of ill iteracy which was

considered the main reason of all kinds of bad manners, poverty and

underdevelopment. Also he mentioned the need to reform rel igious schools,

which must be changed radically and revolutionized. These schools couldn't

achieve their mission of preparing graduates capable of facing their community

needs and challenges due to lack of civil sciences.

Meanwhile, Said Nursî suggested the int roduction of rel igion classes to

regular schools. So that the lack of civics in religious schools; lead to students

intolerance, and the lack of religious classes in regular schools; lead to doubt

and fraud between students. He stressed that we need to follow the example of Japan, they took from Europe, but they have maintained their own traditions,

these traditions by which lasts the life of nations

The objective of this research is to profile Said Nursî and focus on his

biography, and the most prominent personality t raits. Also identify the factors

and circumstances that influenced the thought of the Imam and his opinions,

thoughts and his production of scientific. In order to explore the most important

principles and foundations of his scientific offspring and how to get benefit of

them in the reform of the educational institutions in Islamic world.

In order to answer the research questions, and achieve its objectives, the

researcher used the historical method in the study of political, economic, social,

scientific, religious factors that influenced his thoughts. Also the approach of

survey and tracking was used to study some of his writes to analyze and explain

the pedagogical value and usefulness in education reform. Also deductive

approach was used to make up an integrated vision of pedagogical reform.

This research contains introduction, two sections and a conclusion. The first

part deals with Nursi's life and his role in reviving education movement

”historical background“. Second part includes the principles of pedagogical

reform in the thought Imam Nursi, and possible usabil ity in reforms of

educational institutions in Islamic world.

يركز هذا البحث على استنباط مبادئ الفكر الإصلاحي التربوي في رسائل النور

النورسي، والتي تعد -وبحق- منجم أفكار إيمانية وإصلاحية، سعيا منا لاستنبات

معالم القدوة؛ من أجل استنهاض عناصر الخير وشحذ الهمم والمروءة والإبداع في

النشء والشباب المسلم؛ من خلال التأكيد على عدة مقومات، منها: البعد الإيماني،

والعقلي، والأخلاقي، والعاطفي، والجمالي،... والقضاء على الجهل - الذي عده

السبب الأساس لكل أنواع سوء الخلق والتأخر والهزائم أمام الأعداء- والفقر

والاختلاف، والإصلاح الجذري لمدارس التعليم الديني، بما يكفل لروادها مجابهة

احتياجات العصر؛ وإصلاح المدارس الأخرى بإدخال دروس الدين في برنامجها؛

ذلك أن عدم وجود العلوم المدنية في المدارس الدينية؛ يقود طلابها إلى التعصب،

    وافتقاد دروس الدين في المدارس الاعتيادية؛ قاد طلابها إلى الشك، مؤكدا علىأن اكتساب المدنية لا يمنع من المحافظة على الملية كما فعلت اليابان، فهذه الملية

أساس حياة الأمم.

ويستهدف البحث تعريفا مجملا بالعلامة المجدد الإمام بديع الزمان سعيد

النورسي، وسيرته العلمية، وأبرز سماته الشخصية، والتعرف على العوامل والظروف

التي أثرت في فكر الإمام وآرائه التربوية، ونتاجه العلمي، والكشف عن أهم مبادئ

وأسس الإصلاح التربوي عند هذا المجدد من خلال نتاجه العلمي، وأيضا توضيح

طرق الاستفادة من آرائه )رحمه اللّه ( في إصلاح المؤسسات التربوية في عالمنا

الإسلامي.

ومن أجل الإجابة على أسئلة البحث، وتحقيق أهدافه، استخدم الباحث المنهج

التاريخي في دراسة العوامل والظروف السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية

والدينية التي أثرت في فكر العلامة بديع الزمان سعيد النورسي، وذلك في دراسة

بعض ما كتبه )رحمه اللّه (، وتحليله وتوضيح قيمته التربوية وفائدته في الإصلاح

التربوي والتعليمي، مستخدما المنهج الاستنباطي بالرجوع إلى كتب الإمام النورسي

ومؤلفاته ومقالاته؛ مستنبطا منها بعض المبادئ والأسس والمضامين التربوية التي

تشكل في مجملها رؤية متكاملة للإصلاح التربوي.

وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة، ومبحثين وخاتمة، حيث يتناول يتناول المبحث الأول

الأستاذ النورسي ودوره التاريخي في إحياء حركة التعليم، ويتضمن المبحث الثاني:

مبادئ الإصلاح التربوي في فكر الإمام النورسي، وإمكانية الإفادة منها في إصلاح

المؤسسات التربوية في العالم الإسلامي... و باللّه تعالى التوفيق .
