Ulnar dimelia (Mirror hand) A case report

Abstract

Ulnar dimelia is a rare anomaly of upper extremity characterized by absence of the radial ray, dublication of ulna with symmetrical polydactyly In this report, a case with ulnar dimelia is presented. Our case was treated by one stage operation and the fonctional and aesthetic results have been found saticfactory.
