Arthroscopic joint debridement of the chondromalasia

Abstract

In this study; 61 patients with chondromalacia who had undergone arthroscopic joint debridement were evaluated accoding to their subjective data in order to determine the therapeutic effect of the arthroscopic joint debridement. At Iast follow up, excellent and good results were found to be 80.0 percent in the grade 1 group, 65.0 percent in the grade 2 group, 41.1 percent in the grade 3 group and 33.3 percent in the grade 4 group.
