Results of treatment by open reduction and internal fixation in transscaphoid dorsal perilunar dislocations

Öz

Between 1986-1992, in Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology of GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospita 6 patients with transscaphoid dorsal perilunar dislocation were treated by open reduction and internal fixation. Mean folllow-up period is 12.5. months (8-16 months). We have obtained good results in 2 patients, satisfactory result in 2 patients and poor results in 2 patients.

Öz

1986-1992 yılları arasında GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniği nde transskafoid dorsal periulnar çıkıklı 6 olgu açık redüksiyon ve internal tespit yöntemiyle tedavi edildi. Ortalama takip süremiz 12.5 aydır (8-16 ay). 2 olgumuzda iyi, 2 olgumuzda yeterli, 2 olgumuzda ise kötü sonuç elde edilmiştir.
