Impingement sendromunda cerrahi tedavi sonuçlarımız

Öz

Cerrahi yöntemle tedavi ettiğimiz 64 impingement sendromunun sonuçları sunulmuştur.Rotator manşetin dejeneratif bozuklukları ve bundan kaynaklanan fonksiyon bozukluğu konservatif tedavinin başarısızlığının ana nedenidir. Bu yüzden cerrahi tedavi sıkça gerekli olmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda 64 hastayı tekrar muayeneye çağırarak değerlendirdik. Takip süresi 24,2 aydır(ağrının giderilmesinde çok iyi ve iyi sonuçların oranı % 96.8, hareket alanının değerfendirilmesinde % 90.5 sonuca varıldı).

Öz

The impingement-Syndrom is caused by a conflict between the humeral head, the rotator cuff and the coraco acromial arch. Degenerative changes in the rotator cuff appear to be the cause when conservative treatment fails, surgical decompression may be resortet to. In this retrospective study 64 patients were followed up. The average follow up time was 24,2 months (Excellent and good results were achieved by ligament resection and acromioplasty % 96,8).
