Traumatic anterior dislocation of the hip

Three cases of obturator type of traumatic anterior dislocation of the hip is presented. Closed reduction under general anesthesia was achieved for two patients and open reduction required for a patient who was admitted two days after injury. They had no adding pathology. Follow-up ranged from 10 months to 26 months, average was 17,3 months. No complication was seen in follow-up period for all patients.

Öz

Obturator tip üç travmatik anterior kalça çıkığı olgusu sunuldu. 2 olguda genel anestezi altında kapalı repozisyon başarılırken, travmadan 2 gün sonra getirilen 1 olguda ise açık repozisyona gerek duyuldu. Hiçbir olguda çıkık yanında ek bir patolojiye rastlanmadı. En kısa takip süresi 10 ay, en uzun takip süresi 26 ay olup ortalama 17.3 aydı. Takip süreleri içinde 3 olguda da herhangi bir komplikasyonla karşılaşılmadı.
