1-6 yaş çocuklarda femoral ve asetabular anteversiyonların normal değerleri

Öz

Çalışmamızda, 1-6 yaş çocuklarda femoral ve asetabular anteversiyonlar ölçülerek elde edilen ortalama değerlerin bu yaş grubu çocuklarda patolojik değişimlerin değerlendirilmesinde referans oluşturması amaçlandı. Bu yaş grubundaki 20 çocuğun 40 kalçası ölçülerek femoral anteversiyon ortalama değeri 25.5° (en düşük: 9°, en yüksek 43°). asetabular anteversiyon ortalama değeri ise 12.4° (en düşük: 5", en yüksek: 18") bulundu.

Öz

The aim of this study is to determine reference values in evaluating pathological femoral and acetabular anteversion angles in children aged 1-6 years. In this age group, 40 hips of 20 children were examined and the average value of femoral anteversion angle is found out as 25.5¡ (range 9¡-43¡) and the average value of acetabular anteversion angle as 12.4¡ (range 5¡ 18¡).
