A new method of bandaging in the early functional treatment of the congenital dislocation of the hip.

Due to complete immobilisation of the joint, rontine methods seem to leaddefiniteinjuries of the femoral head. Functional method in the treatment of hip dislocation requires the joint to be actively mobilised. In this study, a new method of bandaging is presented in combination with our views on the early treatment of the congenital dislocation of the hip. This method of bandaging adequately and centrally positions the femoral head directly inside the acetabulum, this receving the developmental stimulations of the joint socket continuously.

Eklemin tam devinimsizligi nedeniyle bilinen yontemler femur başının belirii zararlarına yol açmaktadırlar. Kalça çıkığı sağaltımındaki fonksiyonel yöntem, uygulama sırasında, eklemin aktif olarak devingen olmasını gerektirir. Bu çalışmada DKÇ'nın erken fonksiyoneli sağaltımı üzerindeki kendi görüşlerimizle yeni bir bandaj sunulmaktadir. Bandaj femur başını doğrudan doğruya asetabulum içinde iyi, santral bir konuma getirmektedir, böylece eklem çukuru gelişme uyarılarını sürekli biçimde almaktadır.
