Öz

One of the Most important complications seen in those patients with Ender nails is the deformity of external rotation. In this report of ours, attempt have been made to describe through clinical experience the causes of the above mentioned deformity and the preventive measures .29that should be taken.

Öz

Ender çivileri ile tedavi edilen trokanterler bölgesi kırıklı hastalarda görülen en onemli komplikasyonlardan biriside dışa rotasyon deformitesidir. Bu yazıda söz konusu deformitenin nedenleri ve alınması gereken onlemler klinik deneyimlerle anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
