The technic and normal evidents of spinal computertomography (CT)

Öz

Spinal Computertomography (CT) is since 5 years an essential part of X-ray diagnosis of the spine. The first part of this paper describes the tecnical background avoiding a too specific description. CT of spinol pathology has been published in several papers. By demonstration of a normal lumbar spine CT we intend to make the recognition of pathological alterations easier.

Öz

Spinal tomografi, 5 yıldan beri omurganın radyolojik tetkikinde vazgeçilmez bir yöntem olarak yerleşmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde resmin elde edilişi hakkında kısaca teknik bilgi verilmiştir. Daha etraflı bilgi literatürdeki 4 nolu yayından alınabilir. Patolojik bulgular çok çeşitli yayınlarda dile getirilmiştir. Bu yazımızda normal bulguya öncelik vererek patolojik bulgunun daha kolayca tanınmasını amaçladık.
