The results of multiple osteotomies in a case of jouvenile spondilartritis

Öz

The highly satisfactory result of multiple osteotomles in a 16 year old girl with juvenile spondylarthritis in presend. Before the operation she was not able to stand up, because of severe flexion contractures of the knees. 8 months after femoral and tibial wedge osteotomies, she is able to sit and walk erect.
