Treatment of 20 Cases of Rheumatoit Arthritis With D-Penicillamine

Öz

20 patients with definite Rheumatoid Arthritis were treated for 3 and 6 months with D-Penicillamine. Study of the clinical and laborotory results indicates the favourable effect of this drug. D-Penicillamine product objective and subjective improvement which was associated with reduction in clinical symptoms.

Öz

1977-1978 senelerinde Cerrahpaşa Fizik Tedavi Klinik ve Polikliniğinde klinik ve laboratuar olarok romatoit artrit teşhisi konmuş olan 20 hasta 3 ve 6 ayı içeren sürelerde D-Penicilamine'le tedavi edildi. Yapılan klinik kontrol muayenelerinde hastalarda erişilen objektif ve sübjektif iyilik düzeyi ile birlikte eklemlere ait şikayetlerin gerilemesiyle, laboratuar bulgularında düzelmenin de paralel bir gelişme gös;terdiği saptandı.
