The combination Laurence-Moon-Bardet syndrom With Scheuermann and Van Neck

Abstract

Oıygophrenia, hypogenitalism, retinitis pigmentosa and multiple malformations are the fundamental symptoms of L.M.B.B syndrome. A report has been given here on a form where a complete picture of L.M.B.B. Syndrome, which is highly infrequent, eristed and which has been observed througt Scheuermann and Van Neck osteochondrosis. Meanwhile, pathogenesis differential diagnosis and choices of procedures have been discussed. 4-hypowvitaminosis might probably play a significant rol in the development of might blindness and aceptic bone necrosis.

Öz

Oligofreni, hipogenitalizm, gözdeğişiklikleri ve multipl malformasyonlar L-M-B-B sendromunun temel belirtileridir. Oldukça ender olan L-M-B-B sendromunun tam tablosunun bulunduğu ve bir SCHEUER-MANN ve van NECK osteokondrozisi ile gözlemlenen bir formu üzerinde bildiride bulunuldu. Bu arada patogenez ayırıcı tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri tartışıldı. Gece körlüğü ve aseptik kemik nekrozlarının (SCHEUERMANN ve van NECK) ortaya çıkmasında belki de A;hipovitaminozu önemli bir rol oynamaktadır.
