Whole body scanning with pyrophosphcits of 99mTc in the cases of metastatic bone tumors

In the article, we have rewieved the recent literature and presented our results of the bone scanning studies which have been done in our labaratory during the last two years. We have seen to be able to diagnose early the metastatic lesions in the cases of the different carsinomas brest, lung and prostat. Also we have diagnosed easily the primary tumors of bones. Until the recent data, we were doing these bone scanning studies by using the isotopes of 85Sr, 18F and 32P. Now we are using the compounds of poly and pyrophosphate of 99mTc, we have presented the results of our 14 cases and presented some originals of them.
