The treatment of lumbar discal lesions with long term intradiscal pressure reducing

Öz

The radiculer compression that is caused by the herniation of nucleus pulposus, may be cured by just reducing the intradiscal prosedure for 3 months. The main purpose of the treatment is just reducing the pressure by, first definite bed rest, and the ambulation with some strong orthesis and rehabilitation exercises. This treatment course will cancell all the symptoms in 90 percent of the similar cases.

Öz

Sinir kompresyonuna yol açan nucleus pulposus herniasyonu, düşük intradiskal basının üç ay devam ettirilmesi halinde kendiliğinden iyileşebilir. Mutlak yatak İstirahatını takiben hastanın plastik veya çelik balenli kumaş korselerle ayağa kalkması ve öğretilecek spesifik egzersizleri yapması uygulanan tedavinin esasını teşkil eder. Bu tedavi rejimi vakaların % 90’ında semptomların tamamen kaybolmasını sağlar.
