Effects of immunosupression on fat embolism by Cyclosporin-A

Öz

Effects of immunosupression on fat embolisim by Cyclosporin-A administration are investigated in this experiment. 4 groups, each has 10 rats are used in this research. Biochemical, hematological and histopathological analyses were done and their resu1ts are evaluated. Blood PaO2, Hemoglobin, platelet and trigliceride levels are measured and fresh lung specimens are evaluated histopathologically to detect events of fat embolism in each group. There was no difference between 4 groups by laboratory examination. But increased fat globules are found in lungs of the Cyclosporin administered rast by histopathological examination.

Öz

Bu araştırmada sıçanlarda kırık yapılarak, yağ embolisi oluşturuldu ve Siklosporin'in bunun üzerine etkisi araştırıldı. 4 grup halinde 10 sıçan kullanıldı. Biokimyasal, hematolojik ve histopatolojik yönden değerlendirildi. Sonuçta Siklosporin verilen hayvanların akciğerlerinde, damarlarda diğer gruplara oranla daha fazla yağ globülleri toplandığı tesbit edildi.
