Öz

Primary repair of PCL is not a commonly used method of treatment. When isolated PCL injuries are not treated, they cause instability of the knee and in cases where PCL injuries are seen along with the capsul ligament lesions, severe instability develops.Primary PCL repair has been done in 6 knees of 5 patients at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Social Security Hospital in Buca, in the years 1988 and 1989.

Öz

PCL nin (Arka çapraz bağ) primer onarımı sık uygulanan tedavi yöntemi değildir. İzole PCL yaralanmaları tedavi edilmediği zaman dizde instabiliteye neden olmakta, PCL yaralamaları ile birlikte ilave kapsül, bağ yaralanması olan olgularda ağır instabilite gelişmektedir.1988-1989 yılları arasında İzmir Buca SSK Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji kliniğinde, toplam 5 hastanın 6 dizinde erken primer PCL onarımı yapılmıştır. 1 yıllık izlenimleri tamamlanan olguların sonuçları verilmektedir.
