Eleven Meyerso perations which were performed in SSK Istanbul Hospital, Orthopedics and Travmatology Clinİc were formed our series. Femoral head vascularity of these parients, was appraised postoperatvely by Tc 99m SC scintigraphy.
The patients were also followed to the criterio of time of union, position of union. Shartening, gait and function. As a result in one patient late segmental collaps, In another one nonunion was seen. We confirmed 82% excellent results, 9% avasculer necrosis end 91% union.
SSK Istanbul Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniğinde yapılan II Meyers ameliyatı serimizi oluşturdu. Bu hastaların femur başı kan dolaşımı Tc 99 m SC sintigrafisi ile postoperatif değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca hastalar; kaynama zamanı. kaynama pozisyonu, kısalık, yürüyüş ve fonksİyon açısından da takib edilmişlerdir. Sonuçta bir hastada geç segmental kollaps bir hastada nonünion gelişmiştir . Serimizde %82 iyi sonuç, %9 avasküler nekroz, %91 kaynama tespit ettik
