Soft tissue operations in the treatment of hallux valgus are considered in this report

Öz

Given the indications, different surgical procedures and their technics are descnibed. Various procedures like Silver's Bunionectomy, McBride's Bunionectomy. Du Vries Mann modification and modified McBride Bunionectomy are shorty summarized and with the main points importance of post-operative care is emphasized. As a result, sott tissue operations alone are not performed anymore Combined with procedures of bony structure they give better results.

Öz

Bu derlemede, halluks valgus tedavisinde yumuşak doku ameliyatları ele alınmıştır. Endikasyonlar belirtilmiş ve değişik ameliyat teknikleri kısaca anlatılmıştır. Silver bunyonektomi, McBride Bunyonektomi, Du Vries-Mann modifikasyonu, modifiye, McBride bunyonektomi gibi farklı yaklaşımlar özetlenmiştir. Ana hatlarıyla ameliyat sonrası bakımın önemine değinilmiştir. Varılan sonuç olarak; tek başına yumuşak doku girişimleri artık pek yapılmamaktadır. Kemik ameliyatları ile birlikte daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilmektedir.
