The Cybex II dynamometer is a device which offers isokinetic testing of different body joints and muscle groups, allowing precise, reproducible control of joint range of motion in keeping with specific rehabilitation goals. This system collects torque, work and power data, thus it can be used to identify and quantify functional musculoskeletal deficits. 25 patients with chronic anterolateral knee instability have been treated with ACL reconstruction using bone-tendon-bone patellar autograft and early aggressive rehabilitation program. As well known, the most common complications of the above mentioned procedure are chondromalacia patellae, loss in ROM, and failure to gain quadriceps strength. All patients have been tested on the involved and uninvolved sides. The results for the velocity 180deg/sec are: peak torque in flex. inv./uninv.-%114, total work in flex. inv./uninv.-%117, peak torque in extan.inv./ uninv.-%90, total work in extan. inv./uninv.-%80. These results confirm that this operative method and our rehabilitation program offer good results regarding muscle strength

Kemik-tendon-kemik patella otogrefti ile yapılan ön çapraz bağ rekonstrüksiyonu sonrası adale gücünün Cybex II dinamometresi ile değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Cybex 11 dinamometresi çeşitli eklem ve adale gruplanm izokinetik olarak test eden ve rehabilitasyon ilkeıerine uygun kontrollü eklem hareketi yaptıran bir cihazdır. Bu sistem tork, iş ve güç ile ilgili veriler toplar ve fonksiyonel iskelet-adale defisitlerini tesbit eder. Kronik anterolateral diz instabilitesi olan 25 hasta kemik-tendon-kemik patella otogrefti ile ÖÇB rekonstrüksiyonu ve erken agresif rehabilitasyon programı ile tedavi edildi. Bilindiği gibi bu cerrahi girişimin en önemli komplikasyonlan kondromalazi patella, ROM kaybı ve kuadriseps adale gücünün yeniden kazanılmasında eksikliktir. Her hasta postoperatif birinci yılda sağlam ve opere taraf karşılaştınlarak Cybex 11 sistemi ile kontrol edilmiştir. 180 dg./Saniye hız için sonuçlar: Flesiyonda pik tork opere/sağlam =% 114, fleksiyonda total iş opere/sağlam % 117, ekstansiyonda pik tork opere/sağlam = %90, ekstansiyonda total iş opere/sağlam %80. Bu sonuçlar ile operatif tekniğimiz ve erken agresif rehabilitasyon programımız. ile adale gücü yönünden iyi sonuçlar aldığımızı söyleyebiliriz.
