Treatment of intertrochanteric femur fractures with 130 degree AO plate

Öz

In this, study, we rewiewed the results of 42 patients treated for intertrochanteric fractures using 130 degree AO plate in our hospital between June 1992 and April 1995 with an average follow-up of 30 months. We obtained a union rate of 100% and the average Merle d' Aubigne hip rating score was found to be 15,4 (good). We determined excellent and good results at 76% (32 patients) of them. As a result of this study, we concluded using of 130 degree AO plate, in intertrochanteric fractures of femur is a reliable surgical treatment method.

Bu çalışmada Kliniğimizde Haziran 1992 ile Nisan 1995 tarihleri arasında intertrokanterik femur kırığı nedeni ile açık redaksiyon ve 130 derecelik AO plak ile osteosentez uygulanarak tedavi edilen 42 hastanın ortalama 30 aylık izleme süresi sonundaki sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Bu hastalarda %100 oranında kay-nama ve Merle d'Aubigne değerlendirme sistemine göre ortalama 15,4 (iyi) puanlık fonksiyonel sonuç elde edilmiştir. Hastaların %76'sının (32 hasta) sonuçları, çok iyi ve iyi olarak bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmadan çıkan verilere göre femur intertrokanterik kırıklarının tedavisinde, 130 derecelik AO plak uygulamasının güvenilir bir cerrahi yöntem olduğu kanaatine varılmıştır.
