Evliliğin İlk Yıllarında Çift Danışmanlığı: Aile-DSYM Temelli Bir Vaka Çalışması

Öz

Bu çalışma, evliliklerinin ilk yılını tamamlamış olan bir çift ile Aile Danışması Süreç Yönetimi Modeli (Aile-DSYM) çerçevesinde yürütülen aile danışmanlığı sürecini ele almaktadır. Nitel vaka çalışması desenine dayalı olarak tasarlanan bu çalışma, bir ön oturum ve dört oturumdan oluşan çevrimiçi uygulamasını kapsamaktadır. Danışma süreci Aile DSYM’nin 9 boyutu dikkate alınarak yürütülmüş, ön oturumda toplanan bilgiler ile vaka formülasyonu ve müdahale planı hazırlanmıştır. Evrensellik ve bireysellik ilkesine uygun hazırlanan müdahale planı, süpervizyon oturumlarında yapılan değerlendirmeler ile revize edilmiştir. Veriler oturum notları ve danışman gözlemlerinden elde edilmiş, süreç odaklı betimsel bir yaklaşımla analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, sürecin doğrudan, açık ve empatik iletişimi, problem çözme becerilerinde gelişimi ve evlilik uyumu ve doyumunda artışı desteklediğini; süreçte iş-yaşam dengesi gibi temaların da öne çıktığını göstermektedir. Çalışma, yeni evli çiftlerle yürütülen danışma süreçlerinde iletişim ve problem çözme becerilerine odaklanmanın önemini vurgulamakta ve Aile-DSYM’nin kültürel açıdan işlevsel bir çerçeve sunabileceğini göstermektedir.
