III. UR HANEDANLIĞI’NIN DOĞU YAYILIMI VE ELAM’LA İLİŞKİLERİ

Öz

III. Ur Hanedanlığı ve Elam arasındaki ilişkiler Ur-Nammu döneminde başlamıştır. Bu dönemde ilişkilerin içeriği, kaynakların sınırlılığı nedeniyle tam olarak bilinmemekle birlikte, Susa’nın III. Ur Hanedanlığı’nın kontrolünde olduğu ve Šulgi dönemiyle birlikte bu hakimiyet alanının Arawa ve Adamdun gibi yerleşimleri de kapsayacak şekilde genişlediği anlaşılmaktadır. Šulgi, Amar-Sîn ve Šū-Sîn dönemlerinde bu bölgelerden düzenli olarak vergi toplandığı, ancak İbbi-Sîn döneminde bu ödemelerin sona erdiği ve söz konusu yerlerin III. Ur Hanedanlığı’nın denetiminden çıktığı görülmektedir. Aynı dönemde Elam’da etkin olan Šimaški Hanedanlığı, Ur sarayıyla diplomatik ilişkiler kurmuştur. İbbi-Sîn döneminde ise Šimaški Hanedanlığı’nın altıncı kralı olan Kindattu III. Ur Hanedanlığı’nın yıkılışında belirleyici rol oynamıştır. Çalışmada, dönemin siyasi yapısı ve diplomatik ilişkileri incelenmiş, kültürel ilişkiler kapsam dışında bırakılmıştır.
