Bir Linyit Örneğinin Flotasyon Yöntemi ile Zenginleştirilmesinin İncelenmesi

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Yozgat Ayrıdam linyit örnekleri toplayıcı olarak, önce gaz yağı, daha sonra Hostaflot X-231 kullanarak flotasyon yöntemi ile zenginleştirilmiştir. Gaz yağı kullanılan deneylerde en yüksek %36.48 verim elde edilirken, Hostaflot X-231 kullanarak yapılan deneylerde, en yüksek %59.66 verim değerine ulaşılmıştır. Son aşamada ise gazyağı ve Hostaflot X-231 kombinasyonu kullanılarak, %97,86 ‘lık bir verimle konsantre elde edilmiştir.

Optimum koşullar; gaz yağı konsantarsyonu 5000 g/t, Hostaflot X-231 konsantrasyonu 100 mg/l ve pH:8 olarak belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca birinci dereceden Flotasyon denklemi yardımıyla flotasyon hız sabiti (k=0.0454 s-1) hesaplanmıştır.

Investigation of Enrichment of a Lignite Sample by Flotation Method

Öz

In this study, Yozgat Ayrdam lignite samples were enriched by flotation method using first kerosene and then Hostaflot X-231 as collector. While the highest efficiency of 36.48% was obtained in the experiments using kerosene, the highest efficiency value was achieved in the experiments using Hostaflot X-231. In the final stage, a concentrate of 97.86% was obtained by using the combination of kerosene and Hostaflot X-231.

Optimum conditions; gas oil concentration was determined as 5000 g/t, Hostaflot X-231 concentration was determined as 100 mg/l and pH:8. In addition, the flotation rate constant (k=0.0454 s-1) was calculated with the help of the first-order flotation equation.
