التّمويل الجماعي في المنظّمات غير الحكوميّة (دراسة على المنظّمات في شمال سوريا)

Öz

هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التّمويل الجماعي كمصدر مالي جديد ومكمّل للمنظّمات غير الحكوميّة. ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الاستقرائي من خلال تقصّي الدّراسات السّابقة المتخصّصة بموضوع البحث وتتبّع المواقع الإلكترونيّة لأشهر منصّات التّمويل الجماعي، كما تم تبنّي المنهج الوصفي لتوصيف وتحليل حملات التّمويل الجماعي لبعض المنظّمات غير الحكوميّة العاملة في الشّمال السّوري وهي: "فريق ملهم التّطوعي" و"الرابطة الطبيّة للمغتربين السوريين (سيما)" و"الهيئة العالمية للإغاثة والتنمية (أُنصر) ". لتجد أنّ التّمويل الجماعي يساهم في تنويع مصادر التّمويل للمنظّمات غير الحكوميّة، مما يساهم في تقليل مخاطر محدودية حجم التمويل، كما يوفر الحريّة للمنظّمات غير الحكوميّة باختيار المشاريع المبنيّة على تقييم الاحتياج الحقيقي. إضافةً إلى أنّ التّمويل الجماعي لا يحتاج إلى الكثير من الإجراءات البيروقراطيّة التي يطلبها الممولون التقليديّون، ولكنّه بنفس الوقت يجعل المنظّمة مُراقبة ومسؤولة أمام عدد كبير جداً من النّاس سواءً كانوا مموّلين أم مؤثّرين أم إعلاميين.

Öz

Araştırma, STK'lar için yeni ve tamamlayıcı bir finansman kaynağı olarak Kitle Fonlamasına ışık tutmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma aynı alandaki önceki çalışmaları inceleyerek ve en ünlü kitle fonlaması platformlarının web sitelerini izleyerek tümevarımcı yaklaşıma güvenildi. Kuzey Suriye'deki bazı STK'lar kitle fonlaması kampanyalarını tanımlamak ve analiz etmek için tanımlayıcı yaklaşım da benimsenmiştir:" Molham Gönüllü Ekibi", " İnsani ve Tıbbi Yardım Derneği (SEMA)" ve " Uluslararası Yardım ve Kalkınma Derneği (Onsur)". Bulgular, Kitle fonlaması STK'ların finansman kaynaklarını çeşitlendirmesine yardımcı olduğunu gösteriyor ve Kısıtlı finansmanla ilişkili riskleri azaltıyor, bu araç aynı zamanda STK'ların gerçek ihtiyaç değerlendirmesine dayalı projeler seçmesine olanak tanır. Buna ek olarak, geleneksel finansmandan daha az bürokratiktir, ancak kuruluş çok sayıda kişiye karşı sorumlu tutulur: fon sağlayıcılar, etkileyiciler veya medya.
