Evaluation of the Effect of Integrated City Hospitals on Health Tourism by Swot Analysis

Öz

Twenty-five city hospitals are planned under the Health Transformation
Program. Some of them have been completed and they serve our people,
some of them are still under construction, and some of them are planned
to be built. City.hospitals which are realized with large investments, also
have a big impact on our country’s economy.
In this study, the concept of health tourism is handled together with city
hospitals and its examples in the world are analyzed. The existing potential
and strengths of our health sector and the potential to be gained through
the operation of city hospitals are determined. How to raise them to a
higher level has been discussed. It is The defirences of health tourism of
our country and the threats to be faced are analyzed.. Here are the results
evaluated by the SWOT technique based on the literature.

Şehir Hastanelerinin Sağlık Turizmine Etkisinin Swot Analizi İle Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Şehir hastaneleri Sağlıkta Dönüşüm Programı kapsamında planlanmıştır. Bir kısmı tamamlanmış ve insanımıza hizmet etmekte, bir kısmının yapımı devam etmekte ve bir kısmı da planlama aşamasında olmak üzere toplam yirmi beş şehir hastanesinin yapımı hedeflenmiştir. Büyük yatırımlar ile gerçekleştirilmekte olan hastanelerin ülkemiz ekonomisine etkisi de büyük olmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada, sağlık turizmi kavramı şehir hastaneleri ile birlikte ele alınmış ve dünyadaki örnekleri analiz edilmiştir. Sağlık sektörümüzün var olan potansiyeli ve şehir hastanelerinin işletilmesi ile kazanacağı potansiyelin barındırdığı fırsatlar ve güçlü yönleri belirlenmiştir. Bunların daha üst seviyeye nasıl çıkarılacağı tartışılmıştır. Ülkemizin sağlık turizmi için hangi eksikliklerinin olduğu, hangi tehditler ile karşı karşıya olduğu analiz edilmiştir. Burada literatüre dayalı olarak SWOT tekniği ile sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.
