Bilateral Primer Meme Anjiyosarkomlu Olguda Multiple Soliter Subkutan Doku Metastazı ile Rekürrens

Memenin primer anjiyosarkomu oldukça nadirdir. Radyolojik bulgular primer anjiyosarkomlu olguların üçte birinde tamamen normaldir. Erken gelişen lokal nüks ve metastaz nedeniyle prognozu genellikle kötüdür. Tedavide başlıca yaklaşım cerrahi olmasına rağmen tümörün agresif seyri nedeniyle cerrahi girişim bazen yetersiz kalabilmektedir. Adjuvan veya neoadjuvan olarak uygulanacak kemoterapi ve radyoterapinin ise tedavideki etkinliği halen net değildir. Bu yazıda bilateral primer meme angiosarkomu olan ve multipl ciltaltı metastaz ile nüks eden olgu sunulmaktadır. Primary angiosarcoma of the breast is quite rare. Radiological findings are completely normal in a third of cases with primary angiosarcoma. Its prognosis is usually poor due to early local recurrence and metastasis. Although the main approach to treatment is surgery, surgical intervention may sometimes be insufficient due to the aggressive course of the tumor. The efficacy of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to be administered as adjuvant or neoadjuvant is still unclear. The effectiveness of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which will be administered as adjuvant or neoadjuvant, in the treatment is still unclear. In this article, a case with bilateral primary breast angiosarcoma and recurrent with multiple subcutaneous metastases is presented.
