This research aims to find out the problems experienced by education inspectors. Studies on this subject have been done before. However, previous studies aim to find the problems experienced by education inspectors with the perceptions of inspectors, teachers and administrators. This research, unlike previous studies, focused on the problems of education inspectors in the records of the Council of State. The study is in the type of document review. The data were collected and analyzed from the website of the Council of State. The documents reached were accepted as original because these documents were accessed from the official website. The problems experienced by education inspectors are categorized as discipline (biasness, objection slander), hierarchical promotion (ministry inspectorship, application barrier, proficiency exam, age, being considered a manager, martial law, teaching), structure, financial rights (fusion, 3600 additional indicators, additional lessons and public housing), appointment (continuity, family integrity, mission abroad, health status, investigation, regional service) and authority (authority and nonauthoritative). The practices of the organization will affect the employees. For this reason, practices should be carefully planned. The practices should not be made only for organizational purposes and expectations. Individual needs and rationality must be taken into account. Since the goals of the organization are realized with the employees, the balance between employee needs and organizational goals must be maintained. In addition, it can be investigated whether these problems are still experienced or not. Education inspectors who are on duty as participants in future studies can be used.
