Öz

Dev hücreli lezyonlar çene-yüz kemiklerinin nadir görülen tümörleridir. Tümör, agresif veya agresif olmayan klinik seyir gösterebilir. Cerrahi, temel tedavi yaklaşımıdır. Farmakolojik tedavi seçenekleri kalsitonin tedavisi, lezyon içi kortikosteroid enjeksiyonu ve interferon alfa tedavisini kapsar. Bu makalede, alt çenesinde dev hücreli tümör mevcut 30 yaşındaki bayan hastaya uygulanan lezyon içi kortikosteroid ve nasal kalsitonin inhalasyonu uygulamalarının 5 yıllık takip bulguları sunulacaktır
