ESTHETIC APPROACHES AT ANTERIOR REGION

Öz

There are a lot of treatment choices for nonesthetic discolorations of anterior teeth. A 45-year-old man who complained about tooth discoloration was referred to our clinic. After detailed dental and medical history was obtained, firstly direct composite laminate veneers were planned. After 1 year, zirconium porcelain veneers were decided to apply to the patient. Definitive treatment outcomes in terms of function and esthetics satisfied the expectations of the patient.

Öz

Anterior dişlerdeki estetik olmayan renklenmelerin giderilmesi amacıyla birçok tedavi seçeneği mevcuttur. 45 yaşındaki erkek hasta anterior dişlerindeki renklenme şikayetiyle kliniğimize başvurdu. Detaylı dental ve medikal anamnez sonunda hastaya öncelikle direkt kompozit laminate veneer yapılması planlandı. 1. yıl sonunda hastaya zirkonyum destekli porselen kuron yapılmasına karar verildi. Hastanın fonksiyonel ve estetik beklentileri karşılandı
