Öz

Konvansiyonel bite-wing intra-oral radyogramlar periodontal hastalıklarla ilgili alveol kemik kaybını tespit etmek için yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Son birkaç duyulmayan dijital görüntüler üretebilen sistemler klinik uygulamalarda kullanılmaktadır. İki yöntemin karşılaştırıldığı bu çalışmada toplam 103 bireyden alınan radyogramlarda 1. ve 2. premolar ile 1. molar dişlerin mesial ve distal bölgelerini kapsayan 634 bölgeden ölçümler yapıldı.
