OSTEOGENEZİS İMPERFEKTA: BİR OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Osteogenezis imperfekta veya k r lgan kemik hastal 3 , kemik k r lganl 3 nda art ile karakterize kal t msal bir bozukluktur. Bu olgu raporunda tip I tan s konan 7 ya nda bir çocu3un di , a3 z ve histolojik bulgular vurgulanm t r ve klinik özellikleri de3erlendirilmi tir. Dentinin histolojik incelenmesinde, zay f kalsifiye olmu , ekilsiz alanlar ve düzensiz dentin tubulleri gözlemlenmi tir. Çürük di ler, paslanmaz çelik kuronlar kullan larak restore edilmi tir. Bu hastalar, iddetli kemik k r lmalar ndan zarar gördüklerinden dolay , nitelikli di tedavilerini sa3lamak ve davran yönetimi hususunda bir dizi sorunlar üzerinde durmak gereklidir
