Operasyon s ras nda ve postoperatif dönemde güvenli ve etkili a0r ve endie kontrolünü sa0lamak amac yla analjezik ilaçlar kullan lmaktad r.Postoperatif a0r y kontrol edebilmek için hekim, hangi operasyondan sonra, hangi hasta grubuna, nas l bir ilaç verece0ine; bu ilac n hangi formda, dozda, s kl kta ve ne kadar süre ile kullan laca0 na karar verebilmek için ilaçlar n klinik kullan mlar hakk nda detayl bilgiye sahip olmal , yeni ç kan ilaçlar ,kullan mda olan ilaçlar hakk ndaki geli meleri takip etmeli, bu amaçla çe itli kurulu lar taraf ndan önerilen protokolleri incelemelidir
