Storage Solutıons Of Avulsed Teeth

Öz

After the traumatic injury, tooth displacement from the alveolar socket is avulsion, as a result of trauma, partial or total tooth or teeth back in place, which emerged as the placement of the alveolar socket is called replantation. The success of reimplantation is the treatment of avulsion mostly depends on the extraoral time and the storage environment. If cells with a capacity of klonogene in periodontal ligament decreases, the prognosis adversely affected. The extraoral time and the storage environments are very important for the vitality of periodontal cells in avulsion. In this review, the properties of current and alternative storage solutions are presented to storage of avulsed teeth.

Avülse Dişlerin Taşıma Solüsyonları

Öz

Travmatik yaralanma sonrası dişin alveoler soketten tamamen çıkmasına avülsiyon, travma sonucu parsiyel veya total olarak alveoler soketten çıkmış olan dişin veya dişlerin tekrar yerine yerleştirilmesine reimplantasyon adı verilmektedir. Avülsiyonun tedavisi olan reimplantasyonunbaşarısı, çoğunlukla dişin alveol soketi dışında tutulma süresine ve saklama ortamına bağlı olmaktadır. Periodontal ligamentte yenilenebilme ve farklılaşabilme kapasitesi olan hücrelerin azalması ile prognoz olumsuz etkilenmektedir. Avülsiyonda, periodontal ligament hücrelerinin canlılığı için ağız dışı ortamda geçen süre ve dişlerin taşıma ortamı oldukça önemlidir. Bu derlemede, avülse olmuş dişlerin taşınmasında kullanılan güncel ve alternatif solüsyonların özellikleri anlatılmaktadır.
