Ortodontik kuvvetlerin diş pulpasındaki tüm vasküler sistemi uyardığı bilinmektedir. Yayınlanmış histolojik verilerin sonuçları diş pulpasının ortodontik kuvvetlerden dolaşımsal vasküler staz ile nekroz şeklinde etkilendiğini göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada ortodontik diş hareketi ile ilgili diş pulpası doku değişikliklerinin biyolojik yönleri ve bunun entegre endodontik- ortodontik tedavi planlamasındaki zorluklarla ilişkisine dayalı literatür gözden geçirilmektedir.

REVIEW OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT PLANNING’S EFFECTS ON DENTAL PULP AND ENDODONTIC TREATMENT

Orthodontic forces are known to stimulate the whole vascular system in the dental pulp. Results of published histological data demonstrated that the dental pulp is affected by the orthodontic forces in the form of circulatory vascular stasis to necrosis. This paper reviews the literature based on the biological aspects of dental pulp tissue changes incident to orthodontic tooth movement and its relation to common endodontic-orthodontic treatment planning challenges.
