Trombositten Zengin Fibrin Ve Dental Uygulamalarda Kullanımı

Öz

Kan kaynaklı ürünlerin yara yüzeylerinin örtülmesi ve iyileşmenin uyarılması amacıyla kullanımı yaklaşık 40 yıl öncesine dayanmaktadır. İkinci jenerasyon trombosit konsantresi olan Trombositten Zengin Fibrin kanın hiçbir biyokimtasal modifikasyona uğramaksızın santrifüj edilmesine dayanan basit bir tekniğe sahiptir. Bu derlemenin amacı Trombositten Zengin Fibrinin hazırlama tekniği, diğer trombosit konsantrelerinden farkları, biyokimyasal özellikleri hakkında bilgi vermek ve trombositten zengin fibrinin diş hekimliğindeki kullanımı ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmaları gözden geçirmektir
