İKİ KANALLI PALATİNAL KÖK MORFOLOJİSİNE SAHİP ÜST MOLAR DİŞLERİN ENDODONTİK TEDAVİLERİ: İKİ OLGU RAPORU

Öz

Üst çenede yer alan büyük azı dişlerin morfolojilerini araştıran çalışmalarda, bu dişlerin köklerinin ve kök kanal sayılarının birçok anatomik çeşitlilik gösterdiği belirtilmiştir. Üst çene büyük azı dişlerin palatinal kök kanal sayısı ve anatomisini rapor eden vaka raporları sınırlıdır. Bu çalışmada, üst çenede yer alan iki ayrı palatinal kök morfolojisine sahip ikinci büyük azı ve tek bir palatinal kök içerisinde yer alan iki kanal formasyonuna sahip birinci büyük azı dişlerinde uygulanan tedavi yaklaşımı anlatılmaktadır. Bu makalede, başarılı bir endodontik tedavi için yeterli bir klinik ve radyografik inceleme ile beraber klinisyenlerin kök kanal anatomisi ve varyasyonları hakkında yeterli bir bilgiye sahip olmalarının önemi vurgulanmaktadır
