Öz

Periodontal rejeneratif i lemler, inflamasyon nedeniyle y k ma u1ram di eti ba1 dokusunun rejenerasyonunu, sement formasyonunu, y k lan kemi1in restorasyonunu ve kök yüzeyine periodontal ata man n yeniden oryante olmas n hedefler. Bununla beraber hastal kl periodonsiyumun önceden belirlenen bir ekilde ve tam rejenerasyonunun sa1lanmasoldukça zordur. Periodontal rejenerasyon için gerekli olaylar kemik olu umu, sement olu umu ve ba1dokusu olu umu üzerine kuruludur. &n vitro ve in vivo olarak yap lm çal malarla baz büyüme faktörlerinin periodontal yara iyile mesinde ve s n rl da olsa periodontal rejenerasyonda olumlu etkileri gösterilmi tir. Bu nedenle, derlemede periodontal rejenerasyonda önemli rol oynad 1 dü ünülen büyüme faktörleri irdelenmi tir
