Öz

The purpose of this case report is to present a multicystic ameloblastoma in the mandible and its conservative treatment with enucleation and curettage. Multicystic ameloblastoma which caused resorption in teeth and perforation in bone was removed by means of enucleation and curettage from 50-year-old patient who applied to our department with complaints of painless swelling right mandibular premolar region and luxation of teeth. Postoperatively there were not seen any problems in the patient whose follow up recurrence is going on radiologically and clinically. In conservative treatment of multicystic ameloblastoma, enucleation and curettage is a good treatment method

MANDİBULADA MULTİKİSTİK AMELOBLASTOM: VAKA RAPORU

Öz

Bu vaka raporunun amacı, mandibulada bulunan multikistik ameloblastomun enükleasyon ve küretaj ile konservatif tedavisini sunmaktır.

Sağ mandibular premolar bölgesinde ağrısız şişlik ve dişlerde lüksasyon şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvuran 50 yaşında erkek hastanın diş köklerinde rezorpsiyona ve kemikte perforasyona neden olan multikistik ameloblastom, enükleasyon ve küretajla tedavi edildi.

Bulgular: Radyolojik ve klinik olarak nüks takibi devam eden hastada postoperatif olarak herhangi bir problem ile karşılaşılmadı.

Multikistik ameloblastomun konservatif tedavisinde, enükleasyon ve küretaj iyi bir tedavi metodudur.
