Rose is a special flower with it's color, shape, odor, freshness, kind and

beauty. This flower has become a subject of our literature as well as effecting our

lives. There has been no poet which hasn't used the rose as a material. Ali Şir Nevei

,is one of those poets to Use the rose in a beautiful way. In thıls essay, have studied

the rose and the bud in the Divan of Nevai with reference to the ditferent meanings of

the rose, it's history and it's peculiaities.

Gül; rengi, şekli, kokusu, tazeliği, çeşidi ve güzelliği itibariyle özel bir çiçektir.

Bu çiçek hayatımızı etkilemekle birlikte, edebiyatımıza da konu olmuştur. Gülü

malzeme olarak kullanmayan şair yoktur. Ali Şir Nevai de gülü en güzel kullanan

şailerden biridir. Bu makalede gülün çeşitli anlamları, tarihi ve özellikleri ile Nevai

Divanı'ndaki gül ve gonca incelendi.
