The Sacraments of Baptism and Confessionism :As a Method of İsis’s Rituals Transmissed to ChristianityThe cult of Isis as an Egyptian mother goddess faith, was absorbed into Christianity not only by replacing Isis with Mary but also by practising sacraments of baptism and confession. Baptism which symbolizes the washing away of sin and sinless rebirth had been popularized among the early Isis adherents. Because they believed that baptism or pour down the holy water of Nile to the devotee’s head during the İsis rituals removes him or her all sins and errors. Every catholic receive to the church by baptism as infant, they stipulate to baptizedont take heed of all babies are innocent and harmless

HIRİSTİYANLIĞA AKTARILMIŞ RİTÜELLER OLARAK İSİS KÜLTÜNDEKİ VAFTİZ VE GÜNAH ÇIKARTMA AYİNLERİ

Öz

ÖZ

Yalnızca İsis’in yerini Meryem’in almasıyla değil fakat bununla birlikte vaftiz

ve günah çıkartma ayinlerinin uygulanmasıyla da, Mısırlı ana tanrıça dini olarak

İsis tapınması Hıristiyanlığa aktarılmıştır. Suyla yıkanarak günahların silinmesi

ve günahsız yeniden doğuşun gerçekleşmesini simgeleyen vaftiz, ilk İsis bağlıları

arasında rağbet bulmuştur. Zira İsis ayinleri sırasında vaftizle veya Nil’in kutsal

suyunu tapınanın başından aşağı dökmekle, onun tüm günahlarının silineceğine

ve hatalarından da kurtulacağına inanılmıştır.
