The subject of this research is to determine if the supply chain strategies of hotel establishments located in city of Konya which are used by the managers while performing food logistics differ from each other according to the types of hotel establishments. In this study, a survey has been sent to 24 hotel facilities which are located in the region but 146 low-level, mid-level and senior managers of 18 facilities have contributed to the study. Obtained data have been analyzed with frequency distribution, arithmetic average, student t test, one way variance analyze, Kruskal Wallis test and Conover-Iman test.
