A Review of Intervention Studies on Father-Infant Bonding: A Systematic Review of Postgraduate Theses

Öz

This study aims to systematically review the intervention studies conducted in Turkey to strengthen father-infant bonding through postgraduate theses, evaluating the effects and contributions of these interventions. The results indicate that educational interventions to increase father-infant bonding are crucial in nursing and midwifery practices. Additionally, practices such as kangaroo care, which encourage fathers' active participation in the postpartum period, have been found to have positive effects on bonding and caregiving involvement. It is emphasized that educating fathers is a critical step to improving family health and supporting parenting processes.

BABA-BEBEK BAĞLANMASINA YÖNELİK MÜDAHALE ÇALIŞMALARININ İNCELENMESİ: LİSANSÜSTÜ TEZLER ÜZERİNE SİSTEMATİK BİR DERLEME

Öz

Bu çalışma, Türkiye’de baba-bebek bağlanmasını güçlendirmeye yönelik gerçekleştirilen müdahale çalışmalarını lisansüstü tezler üzerinden sistematik bir şekilde inceleyerek, bu müdahalelerin etkilerini ve katkılarını değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Sonuçlar, baba-bebek bağlanmasını artırmaya yönelik eğitim müdahalelerinin, hemşirelik ve ebelik uygulamalarının önemli rol oynadığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca, babaların doğum sonrası süreçlerde aktif katılımını teşvik eden kanguru bakımı gibi uygulamaların bağlanma ve bakım katılımı üzerinde olumlu etkiler yarattığı bulunmuştur. Babaların eğitim alması, aile sağlığını geliştirmek ve ebeveynlik süreçlerini desteklemek adına kritik bir adım olarak vurgulanmaktadır.
